Munky King proudly presents: “18x24” a solo exhibition featuring new works by David Flores, the artist known for his stained glass style and extensive resume in the skateboarding merchandise/apparel industry.  This extremely talented artist will be gracing the walls of Munky King, March 11^th from 7-10pm. The show will revolve around famous fictional characters using a medium of basic black and white watercolors.  Each piece is reminiscent of your favorite Disney, Warner Brothers and Simpson cartoons but revamped to the Flores style and captured in a story-board format. The collection although done in watercolor has an immaculate finish and seems almost printed, “ My personal life is such a tragedy, that’s why I seek perfection in my work.” David Flores. The show will also feature the release of an exclusive MK print and custom vinyl.
